Author The author/creator of Super Hero Clock is Jess the Dragoon. A lot of you guys probably know it already but just for the sake of infroduction, my name is Shoukei and I'm also the geek who created Aarqee. Besides Super Hero Clock, I also animated Reblammed and Madness Manufactory.
Super Hero Clock In 2007, after I completed the animation, I uploaded it to newgrounds.com which was a website for flash games and movies. At first, I never thought of doing a series for it because I thought it wouldn't be that popular and people wouldn't like it that much from the sound of it. Besides, I had to deal with a whole lot of college stuff and had no time to do any animation in the next 2 years or so. But after I uploaded it, it turned out that everyone who watched it seemed to like it so much they started to ask me if there were a series for it. So then I only I thought of making a series for it.
I got the idea of Super Hero Clock from a group at Newgrounds called the Clock Crew. The people in the crew named it that way because the group creates characters by attaching inanimate objects each with a clock and calling the characters by the name of the object followed on by the word 'clock'. The most popular (and the first I think) is Strawberry Clock. So when I saw the clock crew it gave me the idea of attaching a human with a clock instead. Then my brother suggested that he had some special powers. So that's why I called him Super Hero Clock for that animation. As for the super hero costume, the idea was from a mixture of the popular Japanese squadron series known as 'super sentai' .
Currently, I'm making the series and I hope it will turn out to be better than the first animation.
